When I was young, i.e. until I was about 30, it was not a big problem when I missed a night, but now if this happens the next day is extremely difficult in terms of energy and my general state.
In this article I will tell you what I do after a sleepless night.
The first thing I do after a sleepless night is to immerse my face in cold water. This helps me to have a boost of energy in the morning and stop feeling so intensely the fatigue that has just accumulated in my body. It only takes a few seconds to feel better and to be ready for the next activity I do after each sleepless night.
The second thing is getting outside to expose myself to natural light. If it’s a sunny day it’s even better, but the important thing is not to stay indoors and go outside. Usually after a sleepless night I prefer to go to the park for 30 minutes. This helps me to relax and reduce the level of stress that accumulates due to lack of sleep.
A lot of people after a sleepless night prefer to stay in bed but this will make you feel even more lacking in energy.
