Last week we talked about the benefits I noticed in the 3 months I started taking creatine and why I recommend every healthy person to take this supplement, I would like in this article to tell you the most annoying thing I experienced.

Generally very many people when they decide to take creatine do it in order to gain muscle mass and look better or to increase their athletic performance, but there is a negative side that I noticed.
When I started taking creatine I was about 72 kg and my abs were almost visible which I was very happy about.

2 weeks after I started taking creatine I noticed that my weight had increased to 74kg although I can say that I was even more careful about the food I ate and I was careful every day that I was in caloric deficit.
This is completely normal medically because when you start taking creatine your body starts to retain water in your muscles which causes you to gain weight.
