Why We Haven’t Learned Anything from This Pandemic

I was thinking today that it’s been almost 4 years since I first heard about the Covid-19 pandemic, a virus that has changed the lives of many of us or taken our loved ones, but unfortunately I think we have learned nothing.

First of all, one of the main problems was that we had to stay away from our loved ones, so at that time we promised ourselves that if all this would pass we would pay more attention and time to my family and loved ones in my life.
Now after 4 years since this pandemic I realize that most of the time we get caught up with work or jobs and forget to enjoy the loved ones in our lives.
Unfortunately time passes and every day that we lose away from our loved ones will never come back and it is possible that when we realize that we have made a mistake it will be too late.

Secondly, we promised ourselves that we will travel more and take better care of our health.
Unfortunately today we are becoming more and more sedentary and instead of taking the chance to get out in nature we prefer to spend our time in front of the TV watching Netflix or chatting on social networks.
In addition we are consuming more and more sugar and fast food which only make us get sicker by the day.
