MCCP 19 — Disable automated collection of fees for Mainnet Save redemptions

- The automated collection of fees for Ethereum Mainnet Save redemptions has been officially implemented and will us a significant amount of gas moving forward
TDP 37 & TDP 38 — Pre-approve BPT Locking & Voting for upcoming veBAL Tokenomics on Balancer & other platforms

- Both of these votes have resolved unanimously in favour, and we’ll allocate our stack once we see the best deployment route after Aura Finance & competitors to them have deployed
