Increase fees charged to the Save vault to 20%

Implementation Updates:
TDP 50: mStableDAO x WorkDAO Partnership

- The WorkDAO Proposal has passed, and the Operations team is working full-time to complete the onboarding into WorkDAO for the relevant employees and contractors!
