TDP 39: Addendum to DTOP Liquidation

- Last Friday we have successfully completed the DTOP Liquidation maneuver and exchanged the resulting tokens for CVX (which we locked), as well as put the remaining sBTC and sETH to use in the icETH Index product from Index Coop, as well as the 50/50 WBTC/WETH pool on Balancer
