It’s 6:30 pm. Do you know where your dinner is?

If you’re like me, it’s probably on its way into your stomach.

For the last few years, I’ve developed the habit of eating dinner around 6:30 pm and then spending the rest of my evening on the couch.




The goal of “Much Better Now” is not perfection, but to make small life improvements that we can all sustain over time.
