Can You Please Fix the Bug for Once and Forever?

Often having experienced this with the technical tools in companies, the technology issues are perpetual. I always wonder — if the engineers, the coders & testers out there — no offense — and the technical team on the back end, fix one issue and create a new one! I have failed to comprehend the problem & fix relationship.

Also, there is no guarantee a fixed bug, will not make its way back into the front end. It does, it always does.

Could you please fix the bug once and for ever? Please don’t let the bugs come and bite.
