NPR’s Nina Totenberg reported yesterday that Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch attended a recent Court hearing without pants. Chief Justice Roberts reportedly asked Gorsuch to throw on some chinos, or at least a pair of boxers, but Gorsuch refused.
