Ted and Jill Arden had only lived in their new 7,000 square foot suburban mansion one week when Ted got mad.

He stormed in from the mailbox, slapped a piece of paper on the counter and said, “Damn Homeowner’s Association. We’ve only been here six days and they say we need to spread more pine straw.”
