Mudley Projects

Mudley adds activities and projects.

For the benefit of Mudley Token users.

Voting

Mudley Token users will be able to participate in the project by voting.

The person who voted with the most number of tokens will be eligible to participate in the respective project.

Voting can be done by

1. Go to mudley.io and login and click on the Voting tab.
2. Choose a project to join.
3. Transfer Mudley token to the wallet address of that project by including mudley.io username in the transfer memo.
4. If the username is duplicated, it will be considered the transaction with the most Mudley tokens.
5. After the voting period ends, we will send the Mudley token back to the non-participant.
6. Selected Mudley tokens are stored for deduction at payoff.
7. Participants will be announced on the Mudley token page, we will send the API to the registered email.

Payoff

When doing a project and making a profit. Participants can communicate their payoff to the Mudley team via Facebook and email every Friday.

The payoff is paid in proportion to the project, for example, 50% of the profit made or 20% of the profit made, etc.

Mudley team will transfer payoff to project participants via XRP, SRM address registered on mudley.io.

Deduction (TAX)

To payoff profits, the Mudley team will collect Tax in Mudley tokens in proportion as stated on projects, i.e. collect 5% of payoff made.

Once a project participant token is deducting to 0, the project participant has no right to participate.

The Mudley team will consider whether the vacancies of the original project participants will either vote again or cancel altogether.

Example

Mr. Mudley voted on the Rebalancing project with 7 Mudley tokens MUDLEY.

Let’s say, Rebalancing project, project details are Payoff 50%, Deduction 10%.

Later, Mr. Mudley made a profit until he had a positive NAV of 200$, so he informed the payoff of 120$ to the mudley token page.

At the time of the payoff notice, Mudley token worth 20$

Mr. Mudley will receive XRP worth 50% of the paid payoff is 60$ (50% of 120$).

And the reserved Mudley token will be a deduction, 10% of the payoff will be deducted to 10$ or 0.6 MUDLEY.

Example of calculating

MUDLEY to be paid 120$ x10% = 12$

While notifying the payoff, Mudley token worth 20$/MUDLEY

12$/20 = 0.6 MUDLEY

Mr. Mudley voted on Rebalancing project with Mudley token 7 MUDLEY will be deducted 0.6 MUDLEY down to 6.4 MUDLEY.

Mudley เพิ่มกิจกรรมและโปรเจคต่างๆ เพื่อผลประโยชน์ของผู้ใช้ Mudley Token

Voting

ผู้ใช้ Mudley Token จะสามารถเข้าร่วมโปรเจคได้โดยการโหวต ผู้ที่โหวตด้วยจำนวน token มากที่สุดจะได้รับสิทธ์ในการเข้าร่วมโปรเจคตามลำดับ

การโหวตจะสามารถทำได้โดย

1. เข้าไปที่เว็บ mudley.io แล้ว login กดไปที่ tab voting
2. เลือกโปรเจคที่จะเข้าร่วม
3. โอน Mudley token ไปที่ wallet address ของ project นั้นๆ โดยต้องใส่ username ของ mudley.io ใน memo ด้วย
4. ถ้า username ที่ส่งมาซ้ำ จะคิดที่ transaction ที่มี Mudley token มากที่สุด
5. หลังจากหมดช่วงการโหวต เราจะส่ง mudley token คืนให้กับผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับเลือก
6. Mudley token ของผู้ที่ได้รับเลือกจะถูกเก็บไว้สำรองการ Deduction ตอน payoff
7. ผู้ที่ได้เข้าร่วมจะถูกประกาศในเพจ mudley token เราจะส่ง API ให้ทาง email ที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้

Payoff

เมื่อทำโปรเจคแล้วเกิดกำไรขึ้นมา ผู้เข้าร่วมโปรเจคสามารถแจ้ง payoff ที่ทำได้กับทาง Mudley team ทั้งทาง Facebook และ email ในทุกๆ วันศุกร์

payoff ที่ทำได้จะถูกจ่ายเป็นสัดส่วนตามโปรเจคต่างๆ เช่น 50% ของ กำไรที่ทำได้ หรือ 20% ของกำไรที่ทำได้ เป็นต้น

ทาง Mudley team จะทำการโอน payoff ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมโปรเจคผ่านทาง address XRP, SRM ที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ในเว็บ mudley.io

Deduction (TAX)

ในการ payoff กำไรที่ได้นั้น ทาง Mudley team จะเก็บ Tax เป็นเหรียญ Mudley token ตามสัดส่วนที่แจ้งไว้ในโปรเจคต่างๆ เช่น เก็บ 5% ของ payoff ที่ทำได้

เมื่อผู้เข้าร่วมโปรเจคถูก Deduction เหรียญ Mudley token ออกจนหมดเป็น 0 แล้ว ผู้เข้าร่วมโปรเจคจะหมดสิทธ์ที่ Voting มาในครั้งแรก

ทาง Mudley team จะพิจารณาว่าที่ว่างของผู้เข้าร่วมโปรเจคเดิมนั้นจะให้มา Voting กันใหม่หรือยกเลิกไปเลย

ตัวอย่างสมมุติ

Mr. Mudley ทำการ voting โปรเจค Re-balancing มาด้วย Mudley token จำนวน 7 MUDLEY

สมมุติ โปรเจค Re-balancing รายละเอียดโปรเจคคือ Payoff 50%, Deduction 10%

ต่อมา Mr. Mudley ทำกำไรจนมี NAV เป็นบวก 200$ จึงได้แจ้งทำการ payoff 120$ กับทางเพจ mudley token

ขณะแจ้งทำการ payoffนั้น Mudley token มูลค่า 20$

Mr. Mudley จะได้รับ XRP มูลค่า 50% ของ payoff ที่แจ้งไป คือ 60$ (50% ของ 120$)

และ Mudley token ที่ถูกเก็บไว้สำรองไว้จะถูก Deduction ออกไป 10% ของ payoff ที่แจ้งไป คือจะโดนหักไปเป็น 10$ หรือก็คือ 0.6 MUDLEY
