From all of the clips that I have seen of Muhammad Ali and Joe Louis, they looked like they got along alright. There were no punches thrown. However both fighters had their own opinions about things, but it did not appear to make them enemies in anyway. Muhammad Ali and Joe Louis were both great champions in boxing.
