The Lebanese civil war left many memories for the people who had lived through it, and have managed to survive. Adele Hourany was one of the many who managed to survive one of the many wars known as the 100 day war that took place in Ashrafieh in which she was stuck in the dark for 100 days. The day she saw the sun was the day her hope grew in that Lebanon will become a nonsectarian and free country one day.
