When having your foot through the doors of any industry, let alone a ruthless one such as the culinary industry, it is quite the task to change your entire career. However, for William Lopez-Guerrero, it seemed to be quite an easy choice.

Working between seventy to eighty hours a week can take quite a toll, and after opening his eyes to all he’d miss being in the kitchen, he decided a change needed to be made. Now he works as a sales representative for a company that sells food products to the very same restaurants and venues he used to work at. In this video, he talks about all the factors that led to him wanting to change his career and how it changed his life for the better.
