When having your foot through the doors of any industry, let alone a ruthless one such as the culinary industry, it is quite the task to change your entire career. However, for William Lopez-Guerrero, it seemed to be quite an easy choice.

Working between seventy to eighty hours a week can take quite a toll, and after opening his eyes to all he’d miss being in the kitchen, he decided a change needed to be made. Now he works as a sales representative for a company that sells food products to the very same restaurants and venues he used to work at.
