We got a makeover and we think you’ll love it. Why? Because even though blockchain and decentralized finance offers some of the most revolutionary services around for businesses wanting to make the most of their crypto, the user experience is often lacking.
It’s been said many times that blockchain has a UX problem. When most people think of crypto banking, they might imagine a warehouse full of ASIC mining rigs or long lines of code. When the focus is squarely on the tech, we neglect a larger conversation around economic empowerment that blockchain and decentralized finance can bring to all of us- especially to SMBs.
This is why at Multis, from the beginning, user interface and UX have been a priority. An elegant user interface is a gateway to the DeFi protocols that can empower millions of small businesses. When we started, our banking interface got lots of praise for its UX but we knew we could go further, and we’re pleased to announce that we have.
Our revamped app is more visual, more holistic, and even stronger than its first iteration. We’re especially proud of our dashboard which provides a consolidated overview of funds and transactions for an even more neobank-like experience. Speaking of neobanks, actors like Revolut or Mercury offer beautiful interfaces, but behind an attractive UX is the same traditional banking structures who notoriously underserve small businesses. Our revamp isn’t just cosmetic- it’s also internal: we’ve strengthened and streamlined our “transactions” and “counterparties” sections for a more reliable experience.
