Reasons for far fewer achievements
It is not so much you can achieve with your to-do list except you do them one at a time without feeling bad if you have missed one for the day. However, the sense of achievement is to complete the first one on the list. The drive to do more you get when you have singled any or by order of importance. The killer of all achievements is nothing but being a double-minded person.
It takes a lot of you to master the number one goal for the year, month and week even daily. I sometimes write a shopping list and for some reason leave it behind for being preoccupied with so many things. The good thing about it once you write anything down or on your electronic device you easily remember almost every item.
Have you ever notice if you are a writer some days are better and some worse and end up not writing at all? It is because so many topics get flocked on your head, as a result, you decide not to do anything at all. You get so double-minded as to what’s best and relevant, that prolongs your sitting down to write, cook the best meal and clean the yard. I struggle to single out a business idea because things change within a split second. Technology keeps improving and all the business plans you have becomes so outdated.
When you try so very hard to keep up with your relationship you for some reason get so overwhelmed having not delivered much. It might be you are busy trying to fix things that are not broken, high expectations and comparing things. The best thing to do in life is to execute every idea of course after you have done all calculations. Risk-taking is at best when calculated. Being worried as to how are you going to be hurt in the relationship keeps you double-minded. A double-minded person hardly makes quality decisions if at all. That kinda character is a people pleaser one. All you have in the mind is not the end goal but spectators critics.
It takes time for something to become a habit. If its a good one you have to be patient because once you master it, that becomes second nature. Getting into that level brings a sense of achievement. It all needs to do something over and over until you get it right. Sometimes you just have to change the method not the goal. You achieve far less if you allow yourself to be double-minded.
