1. Development Progress
1)The network module of Serverpeer and peer, p2p, sharding transmission solution was split separately.
2)30% of the SyncManager framework development was completed.
3)50% of serialization was accomplished.
1)Consensus catch up’s code was sorted out; the branch was merged into master and unit test was fixed.
2)Cross-shard validation branch was merged into master, and unit test was fixed.
3)ConsensusExecutor was refactored to support multi-round behavior; ConsensusExecutor was designed to interact with SyncManager interface and leveldb wrapper was added.
Transmission and Storage:
1)The code of storage node and shard processor was refactored.
2)The development of Storage node’s hard disk storage was finished.
1)The smart contract design was optimized and version 2.5 was made.
2)Testnet technical documentation was sorted out and the test environment checklist form was made.
The release of the MultiVAC Testnet Demo video was well received and heatedly discussed by our community members.

3. CTO Dr. Shawn Ying’s Exclusive Class
MultiVAC held an exclusive technology sharing session at the Beijing office. CTO Dr. Shawn lectured on the technical architecture and performance characteristics of MultiVAC’s all-dimensional sharding and how the blockchain has revolutionized from blockchain 1.0 to 3.0. It was such an informative and interesting that all new colleagues are looking forward to the next sharing session!
4. The Meeting with Shuzhi Huang from London Tech Team
Shuzhi Huang, a new member to join the MultiVAC London technical team as an R&D Engineer, responsible for the design and optimization of the SyncManager and Storage node sections, came all the way to Beijing to discuss the underlying architecture of MultiVAC’s all-dimensional sharding and the future iteration of the MultiVAC system.
5. A New Member of our Engineering Team
Minghao Yin joined MultiVAC tech team as an R&D Engineer. Majored in Information and Computing Science in Harbin Engineering University (HEU), he was not only a former bit-z decentralized wallet (coinu) back-end engineer, fully involved in the process of wallet from 0 to 1, but also an early cryptocurrency investor.
