We’re Spicing up the Holidays with a MetaMetaverse Community Contest!
Get involved this holiday season with a community-wide competition, and be in with a chance to score a fantastic prize!
Merry Christmas from the MetaMetaverse team! We hope you all had a brilliant day with friends and family, full of love, memories, and plenty of mulled wine.
As we all know, the holidays are a time for giving, a time for fun, and just as we’ve had a great time with our loved ones, now we want to enjoy some time with our MetaMetaverse family. With this in mind, the team has decided to host a competition for our community, with the opportunity to win an amazing prize!
The competition will be an AI-generated art contest with the theme of our vision for the future. It will be run via our Discord, and participants must use the Midjourney channel to create eligible art entries for the competition. If you’re unsure how to use this, there is a pinned message in the Midjourney channel with instructions on what to do.
Candidates will have a window from December 28th until January 4th to submit their entries. From that, our team will select ten (10) of the best pieces that fully encapsulate the theme and show the wonders that AI is capable of creating. We will be looking for out-of-the-box thinking, as well as considering the quality, style, aesthetic and overall uniqueness of the entries to help make our decision. The nature of the theme allows for interpretation. Therefore we look forward to seeing what you believe the future holds for MetaMetaverse, and how it is reflected in your admission. And don’t fret, if you’ve already designed pieces in the past, it’s no problem because you’ll be in the running to win, nevertheless!
Once the top ten have been decided, we put the power back into your hands! From January 5th until January 11th, we will open a poll so that you guys can make the final decision on the overall champion.
Now for the real question. What is the prize?
For the winner, we have decided to give away an entire metaverse within our platform! This will be a T1 metaverse that the winner will be able to build upon. In addition, we will also display the winning piece of art on the outside of the metaverse cube, commemorating the occasion and allowing you to show off your work to the world. The champion will be chosen and contacted within 48 hours of the poll closing to receive their award.
This will be our first-ever competition of this nature, and if it all goes well, it may not be the last! So make sure to get involved, get creative, and show us what you can come up with. We’re looking forward to seeing our community’s imagination run wild.
