Revolutionary 4th generation blockchain, Multiversum, was one of the highlights of the just concluded Asia Blockchain Expo on March 23rd. Designed to showcase upcoming disruptive technology, Multiversum was widely acclaimed by participants at the event for its sheer speed and unlimited scalability.

With up to 64,000 TPS, 64+ core solutions supported, low cost, and transaction speed of just 0.2 seconds, Multiversum has been heralded as the platform to unleash the potentials of the blockchain. The immense scalability and commercial-scale transaction throughput of the platform was seen as the solution to the lacklustre adoption rate of blockchain technology by the mainstream industry. But most importantly, it was its energy-cost efficiency that drew the most acclaim from participant as the team’s Strategic Advisor, Michele Orzan, presented the project.

Renowned for his eco-social leadership, Michele is the president of EuCham -European Chamber (the institution representing international businesses and their ethical side) and he is also a Digital Leader (Europe) of the World Economic Forum. Michele has consulted with Presidents and Prime Ministers of various countries and helped supported their initiatives to facilitate a better life for their citizens. He also successfully sold his highly-rated company, YOPPI, to Coca-Cola International.

Michele Orzan had spoken highly of Multiversum and the groundbreaking ways in which the platform is addressing the issues of speed, complexity, scalability and energy costs of traditional blockchain systems. The latter point is of particular interest to Orzan, being the founder of the GREENWILL global movement for a green globe — www.greenwill.org. GREENWILL is an open-source, free-for-all, nonprofit initiative spanning 120 countries, and considered one of the simplest yet most innovative environmental initiatives of our times. The initiative is supported by sustainability institutes, business schools, governments and businesses across 5 continents.

A Universal Blockchain Platform

Dubbed the fourth generation blockchain, Multiversum was founded by Andrea Taini after critically examining the shortcomings of the current blockchain offering. His career in managing complex government systems in Hungary brought him to the sharp realization that the limitations of the current blockchain offerings were too immature to be used in complex government systems. Putting together a highly talented team of professionals from computer security, blockchain, cryptography, information technology, and communication, Andrea set about overhauling blockchain data structure through sub-chains and relational databases.

The power consuming Proof-of-Work/Proof-of-Stake algorithm has been replaced by Proof of Integrity (PoI). PoI is an eco-friendly cryptographic proof of server code that runs on every node, essentially tying the Crypto Relational Crypto Database — or an advanced and organized data storage solution — together. This database handles data not just a single data-type — as the traditional blockchain are wrought — but a series of data entities grouped in graphs of complex data structures related to one another. Multiversum will also feature ERC-20/ERC-23 integration allowing coins and tokens from other solutions to be hosted on its chain. This integration works both ways with the Multiversum coin, MTV, enabling it to be hosted on other chains using notary services as an external confirmation method.

Here to Stay!

Multiversum is currently in the middle of its ongoing pre-sale that has already raised more $5,000,000, shattering its soft cap target in just a matter of days.

Speaking about the feat, a beaming Andrea proudly declared, “We managed to collect over 5,000,000 in just 25 days! Multiversum, the fourth generation blockchain, is here to stay!”
