The launch of the $MUON token is nearing and with it the network is set to grow rapidly.
The token is used to power all transactions across our node-network, enabling cross-chain interfacing, secure transacting and decentralised computation for gaming, DeFi, dApps and many other use-cases.
Muon Network
Muon has a team of more than thirty engineers, an information team and a large international support network.
Combined with our incubation partner DAOmaker and a growing portfolio of partners joining the network, the Muon project is set up for a great launch, with exciting tech and partner milestones coming up in the future.
Our partners (currently announced and in on-boarding talks) come from DeFi, NFT-Projects, Gaming and other exciting verticals.
Fear runs horror games on-chain, with Muon securing the delivery of their play-to-earn rewards. dSynths and DEUS Finance are using both Muon’s node-network and the high-speed Pythia stock price-feed oracle.
We have a number of other exciting partnerships to be announced soon too, especially around cross-chain NFT trading and gaming.
$MUON Token
The $MUON token is the building block of the Muon network, incentivising partners and node operators.
Whenever a transaction is performed using Muon’s tech, the $MUON token is used as a form of payment for signing and verifying the data. As the number of dApps on the network expands, the frequency of transactions on the network increases, and in turn this drives continuous demand for the $MUON token. In particular, we expect the upcoming gaming applications from our incubator partners to drive a lot of early traffic.
The Muon network is running and has been in live-use ever since the first prototype. Stay tuned for more information, the roadmap for the introduction of community-run nodes and the final deployment of the $MUON token into the network as an incentive mechanism.
From a partner point of view, the expansion of the network helps incentivise more partners to join us, which means increased security and wider collaboration between partners with complimentary services. Every new partner that joins Muon exponentially widens the ecosystem, further driving demand for $MUON.
