Testnet Preparations
Muon’s public testnet preparations involve several elements of technical infrastructure coming together, work which has been largely completed in November. Both Signing-Node and Shield-Node infrastructure have been moved onto testnet, which means the start of public Muon node testing is right around the corner!
Network explorer
To help visualize the performance of Muon — from node operation to price oracle data — our network explorer has also been in development. The backend is completed with a frontend in the works, which will allow anyone to view important information about the network in real-time.

DEUS V3 Testnet Launches
The DEUS team, in conjunction with dsynths, have capped off an exciting month for their community with the public testnet launch of their V3 trading engine. As confidence in CEXes has faltered, it’s evermore clear that decentralized, transparent systems and automated risk isolation are the guard against centralized mismanagement.
Their timing could hardly be more appropriate, with V3 offering an intuitive system billed to revolutionize decentralized derivatives trading.

Thena Launch Approaches with Dibs Tech Unveiled
Thena next generation, community owned DEX will be launching soon on Binance, besides supporting the future Muon launch with liquidity, their project launch coincides as the first usage of Muon’s Dibs referral technology, while also helping dApps to incentivize larger userbases at the start.

Community Updates
$THE partner airdrop
As part of the recently published Thena tokenomics, early partners (including Muon) were given access to an exclusive partner list to join the $THE token airdrop. During November we selected our list of community members who have shown their engagement in the Muon community over many months, as well as running some competitions for members to show their knowledge of our tech partnership and earn a place on the list.
Our partner list has now been submitted to Thena, so keep your eyes out on their socials for further updates.
New Discord Bot & Muon Intern Twitter
Regardless of the market sentiment, we’re always looking for new ways to grow the Muonverse across our socials. In November, we welcomed our new intern, ‘The Muonite’, to bring memes and regular community updates on Twitter. Be sure to give them a follow!
Meanwhile on Discord, we have introduced a new bot to help supercharge the Muon server. The bot is being used to reward active members with special roles, which will hold future perks and benefits as the Muonverse continues to grow!
