At Midnight Cody Haynes Was Sent To His Room — By 6pm He Had Disappeared And Has Not Since Been Found.

Richard Lee ‘Cody’ Haynes Jr. was born on April 16th 1993.
Cody lived in Kittitas, Washington with his father, Richard Lee Haynes Sr., his four sisters, and Richard’s girlfriend, who was called Marla Jaye Harding.
CPS was called to the home on two separate occasions, once in 2001, and again in 2002. This was presumably by the school that the children attended, and this resulted in Richard taking the family out of public school, and homeschooling them instead.
The CPS report had included accusations of physical abuse, mental abuse, as well as neglect. One witness statement said that the children would often be forced to stand outside the family home for hours on end in the Winter, with no shoes or warm clothes on, most likely as some form of punishment.
Allegedly, Cody’s sisters were treated much better than him, the reasons for which are unknown. One neighbour came forward and said they ‘didn’t even know a boy lived there’, as they had never seen him playing outside with his sisters.
