What is a Super Driver?
Super drivers are experienced drivers who provide a shining example for other drivers, and extraordinary experiences for shippers.
Once a driver reaches Super driver status, they will receive more transactions, various rewards and access quicker payments from Musanga.
We check Super driver’s activity once a month, to ensure that the program highlights the people who are most dedicated to providing outstanding service.
How do I become a Super driver?
To become a Super driver, you need to have an account in good standing and meet the following requirements. Your performance is measured over your previous 4 weeks of delivering.
Super driver requirements
- Completed at least 4 trips
- Maintained a 0% percent cancellation rate
- Maintained a 4.8 overall rating (this rating looks at the past 4 weeks of reviews, based on the criteria below)
How do star ratings work?
Every delivery you complete will be rated on a scale of 1–5, Musanga review’s your average rating every 3 months.
5 STAR — You arrived at the destination on time, were courteous and delivered the consignment on time. During the transaction, you used the Musanga driver platform correctly.
4 STAR — You picked up and delivered within time and were courteous
3 STAR — You picked up or delivered late.
2 STAR — You picked up or delivered late and your responsiveness was low.
1 STAR — You picked up and delivered late, your communication was bad, your vehicle broke down and/ or you canceled the order.
Earning Super driver status
You don’t need to apply to become a Super driver. If you meet the program requirements on the monthly assessment date, you’ll qualify for Super driver status. Monthly assessments begin on the 1st -31st of every month. We’ll notify you of your Super driver status at the end of each assessment period — which usually finishes 10 days after the assessment begins. Only primary drivers are eligible to attain Super driver status.
Can I lose my Super driver status?
Super driver status is evaluated twelve times a year. During each assessment period, drivers can gain, keep, or lose their Super driver status based on whether or not they hit all the requirements within the last month. If you don’t meet one of the requirements as stated above by the assessment date, you will not be eligible for Super Driver status.
To keep your Super Driver status, you must continue to meet the Super driver requirements during each assessment period.
What are the benefits of being a Super driver ?
