Q: Congrats on the release of your debut album! What message would you want listeners to take from it?
A: I want people to just enjoy it in some form or way.

Q: If you could describe your sound in one word, what would it be?
A: Licorice ;)

Q:What’s your favorite part about performing live?
A: Seeing people enjoying the music.

Q: Is there any artist you’d look forward to collaborating with in the future?
A: Bon Iver

Q: Your songs, for example, “no love lost” have a pop feel to it yet is filled with heart wrenching lyrics. Does the songwriting process come easy to you?
A: It’s challenging at times- songwriting comes pretty easy, but being happy with the writing is another thing. I think it always depends on the session, or song. Sometimes something comes so quick and the song just works. Other times you have to go back to it a few times. ‘no love lost’ was one that we went back to- we changed the hook a few times and I’m so happy we didn’t settle on the first idea.
