New album out Feb 14, 2020

Just after releasing two singles this spring, psychedelic indie rock veteran Kevin Parker of Tame Impala returns with his latest effort. “It Might Be Time” is a psych-rock daydream that meshes both indie and pop together. It features in your faces transitions, smooth synths and violent drums.

Parker touches on themes of time and growing older throughout the song —

It might be time to face it
It ain’t as fun as it used to be, no
You’re goin’ under
You ain’t as young as you used to be
It might be time to face it
You ain’t as cool as you used to be, no
You won’t recover
You ain’t as young as you used to be

Tame Impala’s new album, The Slow Rush is officially set to be released on February 14 of 2020. It follows up 2015’s beloved album Currents.
