On Set

‘We Are All Actors and the Whole World Is a Stage’

They say that life is a story that we create.
However, no one mentions one small detail —
the script we write is subject to change —
main characters come and go.

Some are not happy with the “fee” we give them,
others feel they have a right to meddle in our job as writers;
few are willing to play an important role for a long time
without complaining about the difficulties during the “shooting process”.

The scenery also needs replacing,
the costumes get boring,
the make-up gets heavy,
the memorized lines get forgotten…

After all, instead of writing our own story
and making plans for the future,
it is much better to improvise —
to live every day from the beginning and be born anew.
That way, whoever wants to know
what will be projected on the screen of our lives
the next day will stay and find out for themselves.
