Week 7
User Testing and Feedback
On Monday our group met up in the graduate student lounge for a user testing session. In preparation for this we created an Invision prototype. The application interactions are all based upon the WireFlow that we created last week.
Feedback from User Testing
On Tuesday, we spent time in class working on comprising the user testing feedback.
Survey Feedback Synthesis
We also spent time working on synthesizing our survey answers that we received from last week.
Business Model Canvas
Molly also suggested that we worked on creating a business model canvas alongside the competitive analysis (we had previously completed) in order to understand and clarify the business aspects of our service. Below is the BMC that we have created.
Next Steps:
We did not have class on Thursday due to the Carnival event happening at CMU. However we have divided individual tasks that we plan to complete.
