“Every time the long-forgotten people of the past are remembered, they are born again!” ― Mehmet Murat ildan

The Punjabi music industry lost a legend on 29th May 2022.

Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead just 4 miles away from his abode. He was visiting his mother’s sister as she was not keeping well. His father was following him in a different car along with his two security commandos.

So many morons are writing hateful comments for this guy who was just 28 years old and never hesitated to speak his mind. He didn’t fear anyone. If there was a fear then he wouldn’t have taken his Mahindra Thar instead of a bulletproof car to visit his aunt. He just wanted to live with dignity and respect like each one of us.

I have checked his songs many times and I wouldn’t say ever that he was promoting gun culture in India or throughout the world. He was a huge fan of Tupac who was killed in a gang rivalry too in 1996. The same pole where Tupac was shot dead has Moosewala’s name too. That’s the way people are paying tribute to him in this world writing ‘R.I.P Moose’.
