Look at all the cloud storage out there.

Free for a few Gb, and you have to pay after that.

Free for a few months and you have to pay after that.

Here’s an alternative:

Outlook.com

Gmail has a storage limit of 10gb. Outlook literally has unlimited capacity.

It just keeps expanding!

The maximum of an email however, is 25 mb.

Of course this isn’t the best alternative if you are looking at storing videos. But if you are looking at storing songs, pictures, pdf files, ebooks and pretty much anything that can go through the email size of 25 mb, you are pretty safe.

It is easier to check, you don’t even need to download additional apps on your smartphone.

You just need to sign in.

And it can be faster.

So, there. A random thought musing on cloud storage… when it has been there all the time.
