mXm @MusicHackday in Boston

I just gotta say that building musiXmatch, the company, the team, the database and the API is even more fun (and harder work!) than I could have ever imagined. We had a truly awesome time at the Music Hack Day in Barcelona and are looking forward to a lobster-(rock&)-roll-filled time in Boston for the next #musichackday this weekend, 16–17th of October at Microsoft NERD. http://boston.musichackday.org/index.php?page=When+and+where

If you know anything about the difficulties in licensing music-related content in today’s digital music landscape, you are aware that the current state of affairs with respect to worldwide licensing of song lyrics is a chaotic mess.
