We’re very proud to announce a new partnership with Shazam that will help everyone enjoying the ⚡lightning speed song recognition of Shazam and the engaging 🎤sing along experience of Musixmatch.
Starting from today Shazam released a new version of its iOS app (v 11.7) that includes a new design with real-time lyrics syncing for you to sing along.

Lyric Syncing: Belt it like you wrote it! With our new lyric-syncing, you’ll see a song’s lyrics in real time, enabling you to not just sing along to any song you Shazamed but finally master those words.
That’s right! 🤘Shazam and Musixmatch will help you warming up your vocal chords and mastering the words just before the concert of your favorite bands.
Millions of people worldwide from now on will be able to instantly identify a song and start a car-pool karaoke while on a road-trip.
Musixmatch owns a unique dataset: the world’s largest lyrics catalog, curated by 35 million people in 120 countries and 80 languages. That’s a perfect match for the Shazam app who is looking for a more engaging and complete experience after recognizing the song.
