After hearing a lot about it on the social media and watching the trailer, I decided to go back to watching movie that was listed under the genre Horror. A Quiet Place is an enthralling and an emotional journey that will keep you on the edge of your seats.

A Quiet Place stars Emily Blunt and John Krasinski in lead roles, John Krasinski also directs the film. The Quiet Place is a 2018 Horror Movie produced by Paramount Pictures. It revolves around a family of four who are forced to survive in a city where vicious creatures hunt you down on noises.

After losing their youngest son, Lee and Evelyn Abott alongwith their other two kids Regan and Marcus, have been living in a city trying to survive vicious creatures who hunt on the noises. While Lee works on the various ways to dealing with the creatures and family issues that revolve around since the death of his youngest son, Regan the daughter feels it’s her fault that lead to her brother’s death and that her father blames her for that. While each of them try to cope with the loss in their own ways, they also keep up with the work of surviving.

Star Cast :

John Krasinski : John after his role in “The Office”, who would’ve thought he would go on to direct a Horror Movie with such precision and also act in it.

John Krasinski does the job of playing with the audience to perfection, he makes you laugh he makes you shout in fear and he makes you cry, he’s got every aspect of a great director, the movie sequences are directed to perfection, nowhere did the movie feel like it’s been rushed or there’s an unnecessary joke cracked or an unnecessary scary scene.

Emily Blunt : Emily Blunt has always fascinated me as an actress, she has been able to fit herself in different roles and playing a mother of 3 in A Quiet Place was no exception, She portrays the role to absolute perfection, there are some scenes in the movie where you just feel that admiration for her as an actor inside you.

The movie is one of the best directed movies for me, it keeps you intrigued until the very end it’s full of surprises and the movie theater does feel like A Quiet Place once the movie starts.

It’s a must watch for all Horror Movies’ enthusiasts, it’ll scare you, it’ll make you cry, it’ll make you feel everything a great Horror movie should.
