How well did Justice League do. No spoilers.
If you are wondering is the movie good, should I go watch it. Definitely do that. Justice League puts up a great show. Its a fun to watch.
Heres a quick look on how the movie did on different fronts.
The DC team as a whole did pretty well. The fact that the movie was cut down by close to 50 minutes is evident in places. For better or for worse, Joss Whedon did give a hard time to the editors of the movie. I for one wouldn’t mind an extra 50 minutes of it.
The graphics and action sequences are great. Though live action, the movie does give a feel of its animation counterparts. This is something that is lost on other comic based live action movies. The dialogs never disappoint throughout the movie, and the actors have their moments time to time. Superman finally gets to get-back to Batman on do you bleed? Bruce Wayne gets to show off his money all over. Wonder woman is no less wonderful than her last two appearances. The trio of Aquaman, Cyorg, and Flash made a good debut. SteppenWolf turns out more of a villain than I had anticipated, despite what people are saying on twitter.
Could the movie be better? Sure, why not. But all in all its still a damn good movie and a must match. Watch it like a DC movie, you will like it. MCU and DCEU are very different in almost every aspect. Making a direct comparison isn’t fruitful. The whole apples and oranges thing.
