Full Streamtip integration is finally here! Streamtip integration was our most frequently requested feature since we began this project, and we appreciate everyone who pushed us to do this. NightDev does amazing work for the Twitch community, and Streamtip has some clear advantages over other donation systems. Connect with Streamtip from the Connections tab so you can display Muxy alerts when you get tips.
The Muxy donation system isn’t going anywhere, so keep using it if you’re happy with it. We will continue to support it and improve it.
In other news, we’ve been talking about renaming “donations” to “tips” in the Muxy donation system. We originally went with “donations” because it seemed standard at the time, but we’ve heard some compelling arguments for changing. Weigh in here if you’d like.
