Intranet for schools update

I’m in charge of mantaining the intranet of the school, called Skoleintra. It is a common system for (almost) all schools in Denmark and it is centrally managed from Copenhagen, I believe. It’s the U G L I E S T web you could imagine — open the link and welcome to the 90’s. As a teacher, however, is very useful to manage everyday’s work.

Now — Skoleintra as been bought by a norwegian company which is updating the system today to a completely new interface. That means that we will have this evening thousands of primary and secondary teachers (including my colleagues) running like headless chickens all over the country.

I will turn my mobile off today.
