Morning weigh-in = 233.2 = about 12 lbs in 7 full days. Sweet!
Breakfast
1 Egg
1 half orange
2 Melba Toast crackers
Lunch
Salad/lettuce from Noodles & Company
6.5 oz turkey breast on top of said salad
2 Akmak Crackers
Dinner
Side Salad from McDonald’s
McDonald’s Artisan grilled chicken
2 nibbles of a homemade biscotti
1 glass of iced coffee
Dinner tasted great, but it was not necessarily “sticking to the plan” — we’ll see how tomorrow goes.
