Day 9 — Easy Peasy

Today I weighed in at 232.8. Down only .4 lbs from the day before. It’s my lowest loss yet. I chalk it up to yesterday eating lettuce from Noodles & Company with my own turkey. Then, on the way to Bible Study, I stopped and had a McDonald’s side salad with one of their new “Artisan Chicken” cuts. Worth it — it tastes fancy.

Breakfast

1 Egg
2 Melba Toast crackers
9 grapes

Lunch

6.5 oz turkey (same from yesterday’s lunch)
1 whole cucumber (counts as 2 vegetables on my plan)
2 Akmak crackers aka half sheet

Dinner
