Can countries / groups / organisations / corporations (instead of people) run the show? How? It has to be someone’s idea, someone has to stand behind it. People. And people (individuals) always, more than anything else, want to satisfy their interests, their needs. And because of that there are always tensions within any group. Such groups are never fully homogeneous and stable. So it has to mean that a random group of people (i.e. other than a government of a single country, or region, which I explain below) can’t be a ruler.
