BP measurements

The BP readings were:

1. 125/90 @ 80 bpm
2. 127/85 @ 74 bpm
3. 127/87 @ 76 bpm
4. Average is 126.33/87.33 @ 76.67 bpm

As explained in the previous article, I only take medication if my BP is 131/91 or more. So, instead of taking medication every 2 days, my non-medicated streak has extended to 3 days.

This is rare and I think it’s due to the weight loss and bodybuilding journeys I have embarked upon recently.
