Day 3 Of My BP Management Journey

BP Readings

I have been using this BP monitor from Omron for the last 7 years. The readings are:

1. 125/84 @ 70 bpm
2. 124/85 @ 70 bpm
3. 130/92 @ 74 bpm

Average is 126.33/87 @ 71.33 bpm

As discussed in a previous article, I don’t take BP medication unless BP is above the borderline BP values of 130/90 to create a buffer to prevent BP dropping below the danger mark of 90/60.

My BP usually crosses 130/90 once in two days, but it has been four days now. I believe this has to do with the weight loss and bodybuilding journeys I’m on.
