Day 5 Of My BP Management Journey

The BP Readings

The readings are:

1. 124/80 @ 70 bpm
2. 121/84 @ 68 bpm
3. 121/80 @ 70 bpm

Average is 122/81.33 @ 69.33 bpm. So, the BP is almost normal and the heart rate is slightly below 70 due to the fat loss and bodybuilding journeys I’m on.

These readings were taken about 14 hours after taking medication. Average on the previous day was 131.67/91.67 @ 67.33 bpm.

So the medicine has reduced BP by 9.67/10.34. I should have checked BP again at 8 pm, but was too busy to.

This reading would have allowed me to decide whether to take BP medication for the day or not, but since I almost invariably need to take the medicine every two days, I skipped it.

I will try to do this going forward. That’s one of the reasons to start this publication: so I’m more serious and diligent, helping myself and readers.
