Day 7 Of My BP Management Journey

The readings:
- 130/91 @ 74 bpm
- 133/92 @ 76 bpm
- 129/88 @ 74 bpm
Average is 130.67/90.33 @ 74.67 bpm. I normally don’t take BP medication unless BP systolic pressure is at least 131 or diastolic pressure is at least 91.
But I got confused and took the medicine, after forgetting initially, at around 4:30 pm.
