Our Why

Accepting an artistic goal in the face of doubt and probable failure is too much for many of us to bear. The everyday fight is exhausting. To turn your back on ambition would make life that much simple.

But that’s not possible.

Our lives depend on this. No matter what, the art is always there and the urge to create is the urge to live.

It is to be endured, but we have one idea that can help support us:

He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.

Writing is our why. We write because we do not have a choice otherwise. If we did, why would we put ourselves through the doubt?
