According to Wikipedia, Bugzilla is Web-based general-purpose bugtracker and testing tool that is used by developers of Mozilla projects to discuss. It’s like a forum which is used to discuss and solve the problems.

In AdaCamp 2014 in Portland, Liz Henry, Bugmaster for Mozilla, talked about the way this system works and the workflow around it. It was a very interesting session for me and it’s interesting that I am using it now.

My first experiment with Bugzilla is on Persian Keyboard layout. Jeff Beatty have asked Behnam Esfahbod, who have worked on Persian Localisation and me to review the Keyboard layout mainly for Android devices. The main issue is that in new keyboard layout there are 11 keys on the top row, which is 2 keys less than Standard persian keyboard and new design have put 2 letters on the button keys which may make problems as Persian people are used to use standard style of keyboard for many years. Other sollution may be making the keys smaller to have more keys on the top row.
