Your roses are in bloom
But
All else is covered in gloom
Remembering the day
They took you away
Before
I could even say
Goodbye
To become a memory in a story I never wanted to end

Your final destination
Unmarked…

The rain it poured
It poured relentlessly
The tears they fell
They fall still constantly
To fill
The rivers
The seas
The oceans
To
Learn too late
The value of time
In the shadows lurking
Moros
The harbinger of doom
Steadily
Waiting
For soon
Oh cruel wicked deadly fate

Your final destination
Unmarked…

They try to break the heart
A heart already broken
Words left unspoken
Looking at the door
You will never enter once more
Sore to the core
Stir this weeping lost soul
Into a tornado
Tear down everything
Like a hurricane
On the rampage
Rage and rage on every page
Disengage
Exit stage

Your final destination
Unmarked…

They don't care
Because
Their world is still turning
I look around
And
Everything is burning
Down down down
Into the wretched ground
To that infernal sound
Of everlasting silence

Your final destination
Unmarked…

Lifeless you did lay
Bloodied
Everywhere
Crimson stained
I tried to look away
Now
It’s all I see everyday
You were but still warm
Your soul had gone
Held your hand
Fearing to let go
Feeling it go cold
Told
To
Leave
Go
Grieve
Killed every dream
Still
Stiflingly a scream
Each day is the same day
On
Replay

Your final destination
Unmarked…

Hot was the day
Left you forever
To rest in pieces
As the beautiful doors of heaven opened
In everlasting peace
Be

Your final destination
Unmarked…
Soon to scatter
And decay
Your roses are in bloom

I say

In our hearts
On our minds
Eternal

In Loving Memory
