Submitting and Pitching Your Stories to “My Favorite Group Project”

Hello, wonderful writers and fellow mothers! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in contributing to “My Favorite Group Project,” a supportive Medium publication celebrating the journey of motherhood. We believe that your unique stories and experiences can inspire and empower our community. Here’s how you can submit and pitch your stories to us:

1. Become a Medium Member: To submit your stories to our publication, you’ll need a Medium membership. This membership allows you to access exclusive features and support the platform that hosts our publication.

2. Craft Your Story: We welcome a wide range of topics related to motherhood, such as personal narratives, tips and advice, reflections, parenting challenges, self-care, and more. Bring your authentic voice, heartfelt emotions, and unique perspectives to your writing.

3. Review Our Qualifications: While we’re not too strict, we have a few friendly qualifications and guidelines to maintain the quality and relevance of our content. Your stories should be original, well-written, and offer something valuable to our readers. We encourage diversity, inclusivity, and open-mindedness in our narratives.

4. Get in Touch: Once you’ve written your story and polished it, please send an email to freelance.ghia@gmail.com with “Story Pitch” in the subject line. In your email, introduce yourself and briefly outline your story idea. We’d love to hear a short summary or a few key points about your piece. Don’t forget to include your Medium username for us to add you as a writer to our publication.

5. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll review your pitch and get back to you as soon as possible. If your story aligns with our publication’s vision, we’ll gladly add you as a writer, giving you the ability to submit your story directly to “My Favorite Group Project.”

6. Submit and Share: Once you’re added as a writer, you can submit your complete story through Medium’s platform. We encourage you to promote and share your published work with your own network, as well as engage with our readers through comments and discussions.
