Ordering food in another language is fun, but we need to talk seriously about the benefits we have when we train ourselves to get exposed to new information and critical thought and how this will give us a better self for the near future.

This article discusses the reasons why adults should learn a new language, including the benefits to one’s career and cognitive abilities. Learning a new language requires time and effort, but with practice it can be rewarding.

Gaining new language skills can help adults improve communication skills, foster relationships, and open up new career opportunities. It can also help advance current careers by providing a more valuable asset in the workplace. Your college education and travel experiences can also benefit from learning a new language. Not only does it provide opportunities for personal enjoyment, but it can also increase your career prospects if you choose to travel or take part in an international exchange program.

You open new doors and new perspectives you can enjoy for yourself
