Start 2023 With A New Skill

I don’t know about you, but for me setting humble and tiny goals helps me a lot to cope with all this external decadence we experience. It is a message of survival to my brain which gives me satisfaction. It is also a way to focus on myself and create a magic world of beauty and self-improvement which leads to a positive outcome that can also help others.

Change me is the only change I can do to make the world a better place, and this is the biggest thing a human can do.

When I first started this perception of life, I started from really low. I am not ashamed to say how low I started, because I have gotten over this stage and I have gone far. I am grateful for my past self for fighting so hard to survive, and I am not ashamed of her anymore.

She was in survival mode. I am proud of her.
