MGTLIC #2 — Accept that you don’t have a total control over your life
The acceptance of the fact that you don’t have a total control over your life and that you will never have such control will help you immensely when in crisis and in life after the crisis.
Sure, we make certain choices and those choices (decisions) co-shape the reality (they can be significant), but to say that we have total control over our lives is nonsense.
