MGTLIC #34 — Begin to write

Many people who have tried writing say that it’s a form of auto therapy.

There is no doubt in my mind that writing is a great way to deal with various difficult things in life.

Write a diary, or begin to write down your thoughts, musings, dreams, things you’re currently struggling with. Anything.

You can write only for yourself and never publish what you’ve written, or you can start a blog (which can be anonymous).
